A terrific hotel for the price!

The hotel has been around for a while. The staff is GREAT, very enthusiastic and with a big heart. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are just very nice, with great linens. Decor is a bit early 2000s. Pool was not yet ready. For the price is quite a bargain, right in the middle of EVERYTHING in BA. Will stay again. Thanks guys, fantastic stay!

Stay away. There are better options

The location was good and breakfast had variety. Hotel is very dated. The mattress was lumpy and looked very worn. There were no tissues available. At checking we had to walk 1/2 block with lots of luggage as the valet/main entrance was closed. The elevators were small and slow. A lady at reception was unfriendly, on second day demanded to see our room key when we entered the lobby. She said it was “standard procedure” although it was never requested the prior day nor subsequently.

I had to ask twice about the discount offered. Eventually recieved at checkout. Booked a twice the price taxi to airport..didn't arrive and staff hailed basic taxi from street but had to pay same price as they spoke to driver. Also offered Margaritas on menu but didn't have the makings..pity.

Soluciones rápidas pero con detalles a mejorar

El primer día tuvimos que pedir que revisen y arreglen la puerta del baño que no cerraba. La respuesta fue rápida y dieron solución. Al segundo día debimos retirarnos desde las 10 am hasta las 03 pm por cambio de un generador de energía que dejaba sin luz el Hotel. La ducha salpica demasiada agua para el piso y se torna peligroso si se pisa desclaso, además de que, ensucia el piso y la habitación, al pisar con un calzado mojado. El agua de la piscina natural en pleno inverno. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una temperatura más cálida de acuerdo al clima del hotel y acorde a la época del año en la que fuimos. El resto todo ok.

Hotel antigo mas muito confortável com aquele jeitão de hotel de luxo de rede internacional com bar no lobby e piscina aquecida na cobertura. Localização excelente na Recoleta perto de tudo a quatro quadras do Porto Madero e ao lado da Flórida. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa.
