Good location, but needs some attention

Wanted to love this place, but it needs some attention. Picked because it had a washer in unit, but the washer didn't work. Had to use the shared washer in the building, there was only one and it was always being used. There was no drying rack to dry your close. Dishes were sparse, no bowels, nothing to put bagged milk in like a jug. I wanted to back, but there was nothing to back in. Oven was confusing, and no instructions were left. Finally figured it out. The shower was great, excepted the "door" wasn't long enough which caused water to get everywhere when you showered. Otherwise, the unit was comfortable and the AC cool. Easy access to buses and trains.

Clean, Modern, Comfortable...but...

Our unit was very modern, extremely clean, and with ample space. The are was pretty decent, and the check in process was super simple (just watch the videos they will send you). One and a half bathroom is a plus! Huge TV, but no cable, so you depend on Netflix. I would stay here again, but there are some negatives. Negatives - The biggest one was that one of the 4 slider doors would not lock. This was a huge security failure (I let the management know). We got this unit because we wanted a washer machine. The machine was on our floor (our floor, the top one, was the only one there...but so was the gym and the laundry). We didn't know there was only one washer machine for multiple units...and it didn't work properly. After 2 hours trying to dry our cloth, we noticed someone else in the washer machine area. They took our cloth out of the machine and put theirs in. I confronted them, and they finally took their cloth out so that I could finish the drying. Our cloth never got dried, but we took them inside and spread them around the kitchen chairs to dry. That did the trick. If laundry equipment is not an issue for you, go for it. But take some earplugs because you may here others doing laundry if you are in the 9th floor. Again, other than that, I think this was a great unit. The balcony was fantastic, and the location was alright. The cleanliness was amazing.

Comfortable bed, easy check-in. Made the booking because I thought there was a washer and dryer in the dryer was not working. The place also smelled of animals and there was a large stain on the couch. Also likely from a dog

No soap, not very clean, the 3rd bead has no blankets so i had to ask for them , only 2 towells we where 3. Tv doesn´t work. The batroom roof was a desaster.

Overall high quality apartment, lots of space and amenities. Only small complaint about amenities was that the washer / dryer did not dry clothes. In addition, upon entering the apartment, it smelled like sewage which we traced to the bathroom in the living room area. We could not get rid of the smell and it was very gross to smell Everytime we came back to the room. The bed in the living room was super uncomfortable and slightly broken but the provided fan and AC worked very well.

The Checkin process was terrible, i send my passport weeks in advance, and asked for early checkin. They said it was on request. No QR code for the door came at checkin time 3pm. So i asked again, they requested my passport again….Apartement was dirty on the outside terrace, A/C didn‘t really work, glasses were dirty. Wouldn‘t go there again

El apartamento está descuidado y sucio además de falta de mantenimiento . Desde nuestra llegada el aire acondicionado roto y cuando le pedimos que lo arreglaran nos dijeron que no podían arreglarlo Y que si queríamos descocuparamos el apartamento esa misma tarde . Para mí lo considero una falta de respeto porque yo pagué por un estancia con todo lo que incluía . Quiero devolución de mi dinero y no quiero crédito para viajar lo quiero a la tarjeta con la que pagué .

Buena ubicación. No recomendable para 6 personas.

La ubicacion y la seguridad del edilicio es excelente. Queda cerca el metro y colectivos con varias frecuencias. Respecto a la comodidad esta bien pero maximo 4 personas. Nosotros nos quedamos 6 personas y es incomodo. Sólo hay un baño con ducha. No hay suficientes platos ni vasos para 6 personas. Wifi excelente y Susana me ayudo bastante con mis requerimientos especiales para mi bebe. Llevar adaptadores.
