Fabulous location, fabulous host
This modern apartment is bright, clean, quiet and almost brand new condition. The location can’t be beat. Safe area. Walking distance to subway, buses and in the evenings 1 block away from the incredible park system where you find crowds enjoying all the park has to offer. Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are all within a 10-15 minute walk of the apartment. One thing we came to appreciate after spending our 1st month in a different location is how quiet this street is. Hard to find in Buenos Aires. The bonus of course is Juan. Very attentive, approachable and offered us many suggestions of where to eat or attractions to see. We will definitely come back to this apartment next year.

BEAUTIFUL place and great location!!!!!!
We were very impressed with this property - was beautiful, great layout, everything you need, close to anything you need. Juan was great - though we never really 'wanted' for anything while there we had all the information we needed for contacting him if we did need something. Only suggestion I would have is that there be more than one key if there are two you staying - I didn't realize the need for that till my partner went to the gym one evening and I thought - well I'll run over to the market - little did I realize that not ONLY was I locked in the unit, but that I had no way to get out OR back in even if he had left the door unlocked. But really - LOVED the place.

The studio offers everything needed for a short stay in the city ( Mamani ties, WiFi, etc) Located in downtown Buenos Aires the street is not noisy and yet connected to public transportation ( benefits of buses without the claxon) Special kudos to the owner Who fulfilled our expectations He communicated with me via email and was present the moment we entered the apartment Very polite and easy going The place and the people made this rental one the gems of our visit

Great all around!
Unbeatable location in a posh, tranquil neighbor, a block away from the best parks in BA and with plenty of access to public transport. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished and with a large terrace. Juan Cruz was the perfect host. I hope to be back.
