The apartment was great. I can’t talk about the neighborhood as we arrived late and had to leave early morning (we booked it as it was conveniently located close to the AEP airport), but the apartment was clean, pleasant, with comfortable beds. The staff was great, and made sure we get all the necessary information to access the place at night as we arrived late. Everything was easy. We would stay there again and highly recommend it!

Very comfortable stay in modern apartment, walking distance to Barrancas de Belgrano and Chinatown. Great customer service from the staff with daily messages to check in on stay. I’ll be back in less than two weeks and would definitely recommend to travellers.

This was an amazing property….in the perfect location with tons of options for eating out and shopping. The staff was superb. My only regret is I didn’t stay longer. This place is five stars and more!!! Highly recommend.

We checked out of an apartment we rented in the morning and needed a place to stay as our flight was leaving at midnight. Booking was very easy, received prompt response and clear directions, staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. I wish we would have found this place for a whole stay. I do not hesitate to recommend Sucre Suites and I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent in all respects. Only minor complaint is that the plumbing in the room next to ours, we were in floor 2, room 4, was noisey. Sounded like someone was having a shower at 1:30 AM.

Great area! All of Belgrano is easily walkable, great food very nearby. The apartment was nice and clean; great hot water and pressure; a/c functioned flawlessly. Internet is reliable, but not lightening fast. If you work online and require fast capacity, it won't be sufficient. If you're on vacation, it's fine. The staff is tops. It doesn't get any better than the team of professionals that are always at your service.

We received an old, decrepit apartment in an old building that did not match at all the pictures. The furniture was old. The apartment was located at the ground floor facing a relatively busy street. Opening up the bedroom window to get fresh air meant allowing everyone walking on the street to look in (through big metal bars). The check-in was easy, with a friendly English speaking receptionist. They immediately prepared the apartment for us, although we arrived in the morning. Would not go back. Not recommended

We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged. To be fair, there's a note in Expedia booking, but it's not very clear when making the booking, I would not say it's hidden but it's not clear at all. I use Expedia regularly and this is the first time I get charged the cleaning fee. I even paid everything in advance and I still have to pay that arrival. I would return, but I was not happy about that fee. I'm happy to pay it and the apartment was worth it, but I didn't appreciate the way it was placed in the booking.

The location is very good, in a residential area, next to china town and the airport. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The only think I would point is the matress... is a very very soft matress and after 2 days our backs are killing us, all of us.
