「The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. So close to the international airport and with a free and on time shuttle. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was restaurant did not Open until 8 pm, so we had a sandwich in the bar . 」

「Todo excelente, instalaciones , habitacion, comodidad, predisposicion de personal. 」

「This hotel is lovely. The common areas are beautiful, the spa and indoor pool inviting. The rooms need a little updating but they are spacious and clean. The food was very good in the lovely restaurant, and all the staff very helpful. Yes, the hotel is out of the way and the unpaved road not the best, especially after a rain shower, but I will definitely return and spend more time here.」

「all great. people, staff, venue. Only comment, in the main room of the 3-room family suite located at the North east extreme of the main house, internet signal was really bad. probably the only spot in the hotel with bad internet. but somewhat annoying nevertheless. All the rest was simply great. just fix that and. 」

「The bus stop to the city center is near this Holiday inn, and therefore good for travelers likes to take a bus, the El Mangrullo located nearby provided delicious western food.」

「Great place. Clean. Staff are friendly and speak English. Lots os restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It's in a beautiful safe area with lots of trees」

「Excelente experiencia. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares, con mucho espacio verde y multiples opciones al aire libre y cubiertas tambien. El equipo de entretenimiento es de lo mejor. Muchísimas actividades para ir con niños y que estén entretenidos el día entero.」

「El hotel adoptó un gato como mascota y me encanta. Es muy cariñoso y atento al punto que me estaba esperando cuando salí de la habitación y me guió hasta el mesón. También fui testigo de cómo echaba fuera a un perro callejero que había entrado al hotel. Los felicito por tener tan excelente empleado.」

「Great stay of 4 days with my family. We had a suite and needed a crib for my daughter which was there waiting for us when we arrived. We even arrived early and weren't able to let them know but they had the room ready all the same since they new the flight times and accounted for that. Really great spot, just a bit of left over garbage and dirt in the bathroom but otherwise it was lovely.」
