"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"We had a wonderful time during our stay in Isenthal. Renate was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything went well for us. The area is so beautiful that you don't have to go far. There are hikes everywhere and always a picturesque view. Not many people from America have visited and there is some cultural shock and language problems to overcome but, it is well worth the effort.
