Right across from airport. Staff was lovely. Room small but only needed it for one night. Bed a bit s soft but would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a Luke Combs concert. We showed up during a power outage, the lady running the front desk managed it like a champ getting people checked it. The property was clean, kept in good condition and the rooms were great no complaints.

Check-in staff member was rude. Got to hotel early and was told 2pm was the earliest check-in so we came back ar 2:15pm atvwhich time i was told that the Manager said no one was to ve checked in before 3pm. We then sat for 45 minutes in a noisy crowded lobby. Once we were called to front desk to check-in the only communication from the front desk employee was ID & insert your credit card he than handed me 2 room keys and then wrote the wrong room number on the paper the room key was incased in causing me and my wife to go back to the lobby and wait to get that sorted. Just an over all poor cystomer service experience.

This property is very convenient to the airport esp with a late arrival....however, we have stayed there numerous times and have noticed the overall condition of the property has definitely declined...not as well maintained

I arrived at 1 am. Tired. Receptionist unfriendly. No greeting. Nothing. Just a key and a wave in the direction of the room. The room's curtains didn't come down and I was on the first floor facing the parking lot. Went back and requested a new room. No apology. Just a key. Second room - same thing. Went back. No apology. She saunted down the hall to a third room - tested the shades and handed me the key. Well, shades worked, but TV didn't. I gave up. I would not have minded the inconvenience had the receptionist been polite. She was the opposite. Stunningly so. Marriott Bonvoy?? Really??

This hotel would be ok for a one night stay. Longer than that and it is not very comfortable. No chairs or place to sit other than the bed. No microwave.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but shower pressure was low. We appreciated the complimentary water. Prices for food on menu from bar were to high, considering it seemed to be "heat and eat" food items. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and on time.

It was convenient but it was if we were staying in a dorm. There were stains on the floor, the toilet paper holder was broken, and there was the smell of weed in the elevator.

Great location close to BUF. Only issue I had was with parking. Hotel offers long term parking for travelers which left me no parking in the hotels vicinity on the 1st night of my stay. Next lot was far away and the parking lot was lit poorly!
