My room was very clean and had newly carpeted floors. The bathroom faucets were hooked up incorrectly and need to be reconnected properly. Very nice staff and my room on the second floor. The a/c was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep with it on.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are just looking for a place to sleep for a night, and nothing else matters. I stayed two nights and was really considering just going home in the middle of the night the second night because the bed was horrible. Nothing comfortable at all, and two flat pillows for a king bed. One sheet and one blanket. No extra blankets or pillows. Could hardly get the door to the room open, and when you did, was hard to shut. Bathroom door had been broken and a couple screws put in the door to try and close the broken hole. No breakfast, so if you are looking for anything other than coffee, not the place to stay. No coffee makers in room, no microwave. There are two microwaves in the hallway, .....strange... .front desk person most of the time not there. Strange people coming and going the first night I was there. I was in town for a birthday celebration and the other hotel in town was full, so that's the reason I even stayed a second night. The hotel is really run down and needs lots of help.

Best value available by far. Building is outdated & amenities are limited; but, the room was clean & the shower had good water pressure. Staff was also very friendly. Will stay again when in Buffalo area.
