"There was a delay getting our room ready but as soon as the staff realized they went out of their way to get us into a room ( we probably should have spoken up sooner!). Staff were great and the airport shuttle ran like clockwork."
"Overall a good hotel. The bathroom faucet was not bolted down and the faucet handle was very loose and just barely worked. The pump for the bathroom sink hand soap bottle didn't work. So some maintenance issues."

"Beautiful hotel with a solid staff! The carpet in our room had a couple large stains but other than that our room was really nice, bed comfy, bathroom clean! Great location downtown for walking to restaurants and bars. We would happily stay again!"
