Buffalo winter street-parking restrictions generally apply from mid-November through the end of March, so overnight street parking may be limited during that period.

Because this is a classic Victorian home with original hardwood floors, some normal household sounds may travel between floors. We kindly ask guests on both levels to observe quiet hours and respect our residential neighbors.

No parties, unauthorized events, or disruptive gatherings are permitted. No smoking inside the home, and pets are not allowed.

If you’re visiting Buffalo for a wedding, graduation, family gathering, sporting event, or other celebration elsewhere in the area, you’re very welcome to stay here — the event itself simply cannot be hosted at the property.
