our room wasn't ready when we checked in, after check in time. breakfast was ok but they ran out of eggs and sausage(did bring some more out) and the juice was frozen. the staff was very friendly

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was ready early so we were able to get an early start on our last day on the road. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean room. Night associate/clerk was great. The checkout associate/clerk was rude. Absolutely terrible. Asked if I was staying in a room, accusation was i was getting breakfast just walking off the street supposedly because of the sweatshirt I was wearing she told me. I do not feel this should be tolerated by a guest, let alone an owner. Will not be back to any hotels associated with this business. I travel alot. Unfortunate this occurred because I like your hotels.

Was really surprised with the condition of the room. It was visibly dirty everywhere- walls, ceiling, furniture, light switches, and most frustratingly the toliet and shower were the worst. The place is under construction, but the dirt is not from that. The staff was very nice.

Apparently the hotel is under construction. Our room had been redone but the window was shattered and taped, there was no upper lock on the door, the blind had a hole in it, and the end of the hall was full of construction items and old room items. The window at the end of the hall was gone and they were doing construction work until 10pm. Had to go buy Lysol wipes to wipe everything and clean the shower it was gross. Staff was nice though. Easy access to the highway and restaurants.

The place seemed to be under construction. Stains on the carpet. The vending machine only had one chocolate bar. It was a Kit Kat. Other than that it was empty. No matter what level I put the air conditioner it didn't change and stayed to hot in the room. On the plus side the rooms were very clean and large.

When we arrived at the property, it was under construction. The room they assigned us had a broken window and when we pulled the pull out couch was filled with mold and chewed pieces of gum. When I went to the main desk to complain, they were helpful, apologized and assigned us another room. The second room we went to had no mold, but dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor. When we got home Saturday, someone had hacked my credit card information based on the hotels charges for the 2 night stay. Based on this experience, I will not be booking this hotel again and have reported the breach to necessary parties.

The hotel is in the process of a much needed renovation. The staff is doing well with what they have to work with, but I would not stay again in the near future. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but in need of repair. For less than 12 hours it was fine for the price.

This hotel is under renovations. The pool is closed and the ac doesn’t work in the common areas. Staff was very nice an apologetic about the hotels condition. The tv left a lot to be desired as we weren’t able to get the major 3 networks but had 6 channels of mtv. The room as clean and the ac in our room worked great. There was no night stand on one side of the bed for glasses and phone or book to be put on. Limited outlets for plugging in cpap and phone chargers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful but the state of the property is TERRIBLE. Stains on walls, holes in walls, window curtain torn and hanging, water leaking in the tub that can't be turned off and a weird smell /cigarette smell in the room. Carpet is gross. The building NEEDS UPDATING and FIXING. You have good people working here. Fix up the property! Wont stay here again but its entirely because of the state of the hotel. Staff are great.

Parking is safe and easy. Room was clean. In-room Refrigerator and coffee/tea. The only problem was their pool was under repair and couldn’t be used. I wish I had known this sooner; as I had requested a hotel with a pool. All staff were helpful and considerate. A good stay if you don’t want to spend $$$.

The motel is currently being renovated and we had a renovated room; however, when we moved in, several fixtures weren't installed as yet. The room was extremely dusty and when I advised the front desk, they handed me a towel to dust the fixtures. The hallway was never cleaned during the room renovations. The window in the room was so dirty, it was hard to see the outside. The TV system was outdated and channel selection was a challenge. They offered bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, but NO liquid soap. Instead they offered tiny bars of facial soap. I had requested daily room cleaning, but that never happened in our 5 day stay. We had to go to the front desk to get towels daily. The pool was closed.
