Beautiful three bedroom, two full bathroom upper apartment with finished loft space and off street parking central to all of WNY. On the main floor find a cozy living area with sectional, a dining room, a full kitchen, and an upper balcony with patio seating. Also on the main floor, find three bedrooms all with TV's + firesticks, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finished loft area has a futon, tv + firestick, and a full bathroom with a tub. Great place and excellent location

We came to town for a Buffalo Bills game and this house was great for the five of us. We could walk to several restaurants and the drive to the stadium was not bad at all. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. We had no issues with the house and everything was as advertised.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! Apartment is in a great neighborhood and a short walk to many dining options. The apartment was clean and very well stocked. A bonus to have parking off street right in front! Plenty of room for all our needs and definitely the easiest checkout process I’ve ever had with a VRBO rental. Would definitely stay here again!
