As a low cost option this was a great pick. If you want the basics of a room for an overnight stay this should certainly be considered.

you are staying here because it is a cheaper option among hotels in Buffalo - especially night before a Bills game. so you set expectations very low - but the room had a very stale smell (probably an old smoking room), the side tables were falling off the wall so items would slide right off, bed super high (very comfy though!) but the chair in the room had no legs so it sat very low on the floor. . It is still cheaper, but for >$300 this was way to much $. Breakfast was yoghurt, wide bread products, cereal or oatmeal. Great location for Trader Joe's/wegmans/shopping

The staff was very nice, but there was no hairdryer and I got into the shower. There was no shampoo. Then there’s no telephone to call the front desk so I spent 20 minutes dripping wet trying to figure out the phone number because they’re so many third-party businesses online. I ended up calling a different hotel to get the right hotel’s phone number. And it was another 15 minutes or so before someone arrived with a bottle of shampoo and a blow dryer that looked as though it had been through a war. Again, the staff is lovely and accommodations quite clean, but the fact that nobody checked the bottles of Lucian or soap or anything was silly given that there’s not a lot of amenities.

The rooms were dirty and sheets had plenty of smoke stains, as well as unidentifiable ones. There was hair on the towels previous to usage and the soap dispensers were barely filled. The air conditioning units worked horribly and the rooms smelled of smoke each time we entered. The doors did not close that well. The staff were accommodating, but originally gave us trouble about switching our rooms. All in all it was not the best stay
