Perfect place for my son’s wedding weekend with his groomsmen!

Excellent location and property was clean and provided lots of fun amenities including a fire pit, garage with a bar and games! Although we did not stay during a Bills weekend I can only imagine this being the best location ever! We are definitely planning our next trip ! The owner was very responsive to all questions we had! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful rental

We absolutely love this house! It was beautiful inside and out. The house is spacious and well decorated. We love that it is private and in the woods! We could hear the Buffalo Bills outside practicing with their music which was very cool! We hope to rent again in the future!

Christmas Get-a-away

lovely interior, nice decor, lots of extras for fun. Only thing is supplies were short for our party of 7 for 5 days, not enough towels/washcloths/toilet paper/paper towels. All things that should last us the length of stay. They did make it happen to get us a few supplies mid-week, but unfortunate that it was an issue. Nice folks at Vibe. Overall a nice Christmas at this location; too bad no snow:-)

Check-in went smoothly with precise instruction from Vibe. Quick response time from Vibe for any questions I had. Wifi worked well. Kitchen had all the necessities. Plenty of towels for the number of people in our party. A/C in good working order, a must given it was a hot summer weekend! Very private setting despite, well maintained grounds and buildings, close to grocery and easy to get to all of our local events. Perfect location for out of town fans attending a Bills game. Would definitely stay again!

Great space, great place!

Plenty of space for our group of 10. Online pictures represented the house really well. Although we did not rent for a Bills Game weekend, house is super convenient to stadium.

Cool Place

The property is DEFINITELY setup as a party house for football season. It was just me and my husband. We tried to hook up our firestick to watch TV. They have them blocked. We were told that YouTube TV. Unfortunately the previous guest logged out and completely removed the aapp. It took until the last day before we left to get the TV working.

Family get together

There are three separate spaces for relaxation or watching TV so not everyone needs to hang out together all of the time. Upstairs has a queen bed in a separate bedroom which adjoins a common area, off of which is a full bath. The main level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. The full bath on the main level is accessible from a short hallway and is convenient for both bedrooms as well as for those sleeping on the convertible sofa in the common area of the main level. The basement level has a convertible sofa for sleeping and a half bath. For those sleeping in the basement, the full bath on the main level as well as the full bath upstairs are both accessible for taking a shower. There is a dining room with large table on the main level. The main floor common area has a coffee table and the basement room has a table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a coffee maker with K-cups. Outside, there is a nice firepit and the yard has an assortment of mature trees. There is a two car garage, half of which is occupied by a ping pong table and there are yard games stored in the garage. The property feels secluded, even though it is located on a fairly busy road. The driveway is a little hard to spot on approach and extra caution is advisable on entry and exit. It is a great rental and it is hard to think of suggestions for improvement.

Perfect for Bills fans

Like being in the country yet next door to the Bills stadium. Plenty of space, with corn hole, ping pong and and four places to watch tv with family and friends. We will definitely book again when in Buffalo!!

Impeccable - what a gem!

As STR owners ourselves, we are attuned to the things that make for a great rental experience and this home checks ALL of the boxes! The physical layout of the home is spacious allowing us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen is well-appointed and the basement and garage recreational areas are perfect for the Bills-Mafia and other family gatherings. We loved our stay and will definitely plan a return!
