This is my second time staying at The Delavan and cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable this hotel is. Check in was an absolute breeze and staff very polite. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were great the room was not clean at all fridge had old food left in it there was hair in the bath tub also wrappers left on the night stand definitely not as elegant as advertised

This was our first time at Delavan and we will definitely stay there again. It was perfectly situated, very clean, the staff was awesome and the rooms were spacious.

These rooms were beautiful. I felt like I was in a resort. Tiled bathroom walls, shower walls. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. There were 3 dining options in the hotel. I wish they would have had local news or CNN instead of Fox and Friends on the store TV. Other than than, I have no complaints.

From check in with Sunny and his warm welcome. Everything was great. Sunny is a wonderful ambassador giving efficient and friendly service. All questions addressed immediately he was great. The room and the hotel are awesome clean , war,and quiet. Nice beds and great showers. We will be back to try restaurants at a later date for sure. Thanks for a great night.

Decor was pretty. No complains abt noise. Good dining options. Sonny was super friendly at the front desk. Loved the convenience of the spa! Our room lamp wasn’t working so maybe they need to be slightly more of on top of things like that. But overall really happy with our choice, room was comfortable and the hotel a perfect location.

We stayed just one night to catch our flight in the early am. Liked that there was a free shuttle. Walls a little thin. Could here next door till early hours of the morning talking very loudly. :( Otherwise hotel was great. Convenient that there are restaurants and bars within hotel.

My stay at the delavan went above and beyond my expectations. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff and found that they were quick to provide me with any necessary information regarding my stay. They were extremely friendly and tended to any questions I had. There was also a cafe located in the lobby with sandwiches and quick bites which came in handy throughout the duration of my trip. The interior of the hotel itself was beautiful and elegant, giving a luxe appeal. The bed was very comfortable as well, leaving for an enjoyable sleep. The only downside I will say is that the walls were a bit thin, as I occasionally heard movement in the neighbouring rooms. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I will be back in the near future!

Staff was great. Size of rooms great, bed and bathroom were very clean with modern finishes. A major issue was the lack of soundproofing. Sounds travelled much to easily between connecting rooms. The breakfast selection was also very minimal. Otherwise, the hotel was a pleasurable experience. However the noise was a dealbreaker, and as such would not book again.
