"This place needs a full renovation BAD. The chief engineer was nice enough to help us get a new room with an actual heating/air unit after the front desk staff was less than helpful. After the check-in fiasco our stay was fine. This place is technically okay, but we would never stay there again."
"I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend.
I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am.
Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am .
Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion.
It turned out to be a bad vacation because I did not rest and it was annoying to have so much noise around me.
I am very disappointed with this stay.
I just reached out to the hotel to file my second complaint .
I already spoke to the front desk before checking out.
I hope they reach out to me.

"Overall, very well-maintained property. The carpet in my individual room needed to be cleaned as did the upholstery. Otherwise, great amenities. A microwave in the room would make for a nicer stay."
"It was a decent stay; however, they need to invest more into their establishment so the customers can feel stay, clean, and secured. My stay felt like they did not care for their customers or the do not have the funding to improve th customers stay!!!"
