Nice finca & pool

Lovely finca, traditional outside, very modern inside. Exactly as the pictures show. Great pool & outside area in for parking. Good aircon. Sensible worktop spaces for meal prep & good sized fridge/freezer. A car is necessary due to its rural location- part of its charm. 30 min walk to local village. Overall very functional & met our needs well. Unfortunately 2 feral cats live at the property & made a real nuisance of themselves when we outside or trying to eat & attempting to get in the finca. It made meal & pool times much less relaxing as they were always ready to jump for food/drink.

Wer viel Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Wer viel Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Berge. Der nächstgelegene Ort ist Búger. Ca. 30min. Fußweg. Dort gibt es zwei kleine Lokale und eine Art Kiosk. Wer mit dem Wagen unterwegs ist kann in ca. 10 min. im Mercardo einkaufen. Einfach in die Tiefgarage fahren, einkaufen und an der Kasse den Parkzettel stempeln lassen. Das beste ist natürlich der eigene Pool an dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Ein Grillplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Drei Klimaanlagen sind im vorhanden. Nebenkosten einplanen. Alles in allem uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir könnten uns vorstellen wiederzukommen. TV im Wohnzimmer und im ersten Schlafzimmer. Wer Prime hat, kann sich darüber einloggen. Deutsches TV ist nicht vorhanden aber das wlan reicht zum schauen auf dem Tablett oder Handy aus.

Steinvilla in guter Lage

Eine schöne Finca in guter Lage, da man schnell am Strand und in vielen schönen Orten ist und max eine Stunde, zb nach es trenc, fährt. Die Finca bietet alles, was beschrieben ist.
