No frills straight forward rooms that are nice. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful, LV Blvd is close and it is centrally located. The restaurants are fantastic and overall the staff is top notch!

Positives:
Clean room. Everything necessary in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Hot water on demand and good pressure for showers. Balcony and views were beautiful. Effective climate control. Sound proof walls. Quick and multiple elevators. Food and drink options in and around each tower. Climate controlled walk to other towers and MGM casino/pool complex. Lots of pool/patio options.
Negatives:
Tv is small and remote didn’t work great. Upholstery and decor could use a modernization. “TV” in the bathroom is the smallest tv if ever seen. It was taken from the headrest of an airplane.

Host was not able to be contacted with ease. Lied about the times they were available. Not soundproof as they claimed. Resort fee is astronomical.

We selected this property due to it being off-strip and relatively close to Allegiant Arena where we watched a football game. Our room was clean, spacious, well equipped, and very quiet. The pool area was very nice, and the overall site was well maintained.
I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to be away from the noise of casinos, or wants the convenience of a full kitchen.
