Brilliant service!

The property consists of three buildings, two for sleeping and the pool house. The pool house is modern, the furnishings in the apartment buildings are a bit older. Everything was clean and there was a service that brought bread from the bakery in the morning if you wanted it. The sauna and pool were great. We were there as a group of 8 people and I can highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa complex in the hills near Buje. The space is separated in a way that works really well for a few couples or groups of 6-8 friends (this was us): the main building has 2 separate multi-story apartments, each with a kitchen and 2-3 rooms; below there is a wellness center (pool area + building with jacuzzi, 2 saunas, billiards, and a nice terrace), and one more story down there is a nice dining area and garden. It's a charming complex with plenty of privacy and an outstanding view over the surrounding vineyards and down toward the coast near Umag. Klaudija and Paola were great hosts and were quick to fix the only issue we had (poor wifi signal in the beginning). Definitely recommend this as a base to enjoy and explore Istria!

Major-league holiday!

We were 10 people in the age range of 22-25 and it was an awesome vacation. I dont think that the pictures can reflect how the villa actually looks like cause in reality it looks way bigger and amazing. The whole complex is kind of split into three different houses kind of. It is not suitable for people in wheelchairs cause there are a whole lot of stairs you gonna walk up 😅 The open pool area is really cool for sitting together and chill. A big plus is also safety. The whole property is overlooked by security cams and the whole complex is surrounded by walls. It is super duper quiet, there is literally not a single sound that is not priduced by you (except some dude on another hill is doing some garden work). All in all i would recommend 8-9/10.

Special place!

Séjour absolument merveilleux. Nous étions 8 et occupions les 2 maisons qui font partie de la propriété. Paola qui nous a accueilli et avec qui nous avons échangé plusieurs fois est très sympathique. La maison a tous les équipements décrits, également 6 vélos sont disponibles sur place. A côté de ça, la femme de ménage, discrète et souriante, pouvait nous apporter du pain tous les matins. Plusieurs dégustations de vins sont situés très proches de la propriété. On recommande plus que vivement de loger ici !!!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Merišće i juli 2025. Helt perfekte omgivelser for to børnefamilier og fantastisk søde værter i både Luka, Paola og Klaudija. Vi havde 5 skønne dage hvor vi også besøge Porec og nogle af de andre skønne små byer. Vi ville bestemt komme tilbage

Dit is een topvilla met ongelooflijk mooie vergezichten. Je zit privé met een tof zwembad, een bbq, goede bedden,…heel proper en netjes onderhouden. Zeer knap, modern en toch met behoud vh authentieke!!! De gastvrouw en haar poetshulp zijn zeer hulpvaardig. Ik kan deze airbnb ten zeerste aanbevelen! Dank je wel Klaudija!!!

Special place!

Wir waren eine ganze Woche in der wunderschönen Villa von Klaudija und es war jede Minute wert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse ist sehr gut. Speziell wenn man wie wir mit 10 Personen an diesem Ort ist. Die Villa ist zu Oberst auf einem Hügel und somit hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Reben, Olivenbäume bis ans Meer. Zudem ist der Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Villa. Dies verspricht wunderschöne Sommerabende am Pool. Wenn wir nicht immer neues entdecken wollen würden, wären wir nächstes Jahr wieder dort. Dazu gibt es sehr coole Dinge in der Nähe zu machen. Wir waren zum Beispiel an einer Natur-Wein-Degustation die nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt war. Zum Abschluss: Das Haus ist wirklich so schön das man es fast nicht verlassen möchte. Man kann dort sehr gut verweile

Great stay!

Alles war perfekt. Das Haus, der Pool, das Poolhaus, die Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit unter dem Pool. Der Billard, der Whirlpool, das Dampfbad. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt :)
