「Un accueil au top, avec un personnel vraiment à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Une personne a même pris le temps de nous accompagner pour trouver un taxi après notre séjour sur les îles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, d’autant plus qu’il est situé tout près de l’embarcadère. 「Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable surtout Alan, et il cuisine vraiment bien. La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte. 」

「Mycket hög standard och servicenivå. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fantastisk mat, men väldigt dyr öl. Hotellet ligger avsides, svårt att ta sig till andra stränder/restauranger. Man befinner sig i en skyddad värld.」

「It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

「Nice new hotel with independent pier. Walked from coral bay to mimpi (with heavy luggage) took me almost an hour!」

「Was there for a one-night stop before heading to Perhentian island. It is located not too far from the jetty. Absolutely felt safer and more comfortable comparing with the cheaper hotels near the jetty, although the room rates are still relatively cheap considering the big rooms, hotel amenities, and great sunrise view.」
