"One of the best experiences in my travel history! Staff is incredible!!! Polite, thoughtful, kind and very friendly! They were always there to help and assist us. They even remembered our room number and food preferences. Yoga teacher is fabulous too! I teach yoga myself and loved his adjustments and style. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS EXPERIENCE! "Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the villa. The villa itself is spectacular, with a beautiful view, spacious rooms, high-quality furnishings, and a very nice design. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was good with reasonable prices. Some feedback that could improve the guest experience: * There was quite a big difference in the service level among the staff. Some employees were very friendly, welcoming, and smiling, while others seemed less engaged and less service-minded. * The bed was extremely soft. My partner and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed and felt like we were sinking into the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. * We were informed that there was only one baby chair available for the entire hotel (hopefully this was a misunderstanding). Since the chair had been delivered to our villa for our baby, we were unable to use the restaurant during our stay. For a five-star hotel, we would expect enough baby chairs to accommodate families with young children. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very impressed by the stunning view, the beautiful villa design, and the overall quality of the property. However, the points mentioned above are things that, in our opinion, should not be missing at a five-star hotel."

"Great stay here whilst travelling through Bali. The staff were welcoming and helpful and picked us up from the airport and dropped off at the local ferry port after our stay. The accommodation is excellent especially having the lagoon view which you can enter from the room and swim up to hotel bar! Breakfast was great too."
