"Stayed for three nights, had two rooms. Everyone was very happy.
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice breakfast and dinner, fresh quality ingredients.

"Everything went well, the location of this hotel was great and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The place was nice and well kept. The only two downsides that caused me to rate this 4 instead of 5 stars were bed comfort (bed was pretty hard and not conducive to sleeping on your side) and the room thermostat unfortunately wasn't able to turn off, so it illuminated the room and interrupted my sleep dozens of times throughout my two nights here. The breakfast was good and everything went well. I'm only leaving comments about the uncontrollable room lighting for others like me that require it to be dark to sleep. There is occasional noise and shaking from the nearby train, but that didn't bother me and there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Very nice stay! "

"We booked the large 2 bedroom with kitchen which was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of space and very clean. Large windows with a view of the city. "

"It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace.
Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future.
Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year."
