The property is charming and set in beautiful gardens. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The two pools are lovely and the onsite spa delightful and very reasonable. The restaurant in addition to serving breakfast has a great all day menu where we ate on many occasions during our stay. The food was varied and always beautifully presented. We have stayed here twice before and look forward to our next visit!

The rambutan has got to be the nicest, well located hotel in Lovina. Grounds are beautiful, pools gorgeous. Lovely spot for breakfast by the pool. Staff are super aware of their guests. The owners are lovely and make sure everything runs perfectly. Close to the beach, and warungs nearby. And fantastic value for money. Would recommend the rambutan every day of the week.

Room was spacious and clean. Loved that they had walk in shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gardens are beautiful & well maintained, very tropical which also meant during wet season lots of mozzies. Pool areas were great. Good location.

We had an amazing time. This hotel is a perfect definition of boutique hotel. Attention to details, professional and nice staff, Great service. The villa was great, beautiful pool and surroundings. The staff and the owner herself was always there to help, organise tours or taxis and give good advice. Very highly recommended.

A very peaceful settting. Lot's of gardens, gorgeous pool. Nice food with very friendly staff. Lovely villa with a great outside bathroom. 3 minutes walk to the beach. A very easy stay (but it was low season so no where was busy). The only disappointment was the state of the gym (which was free to use). 2 out of the 4 machines were broken.

Improvement needed

Hotel was in a great location, staff need training on how to look after a pool as chlorine was put in at 8 in the morning so you couldn't swim in it. Breakfast was very average
