“The hotel is just next to sea garden. So , if you want to go to the beach , it only take 5-10 min walk. A supermarket is just next to the hotel. Hence , if you have anything want to buy, it only take 3 min walk.”

“Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...? We told the front desk and they said we can fix it...tomorrow. At that point it was 8pm. We had booked two nights all inclusive. We left as soon as we could - 7am the next morning. No meals, no beach. Complete waste of our money spent. We asked front desk for a refund and were again told to wait. We had……

“For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!”

“I would not recommend this property. The manager is not interested in good customer service. Other than management staff was as helpful as they could be. The owners are awful people in my opinion.”
