「A once beautiful country manor hotel, but it’s a bit tired now」

「Room is big and comfortable. Very friendly and nice staff . 」

「Great property with helpful staff especially Beverly on reception」

「安全」

「停車旁邊有配合的公共停車場，方便但停車閘門不好進需要技術。飯店有點年紀設施保養尚可，距離舊城區步行15分鐘左右可達」

「I went to reception 3 times during my stay to ask someone to fix the radiator as it was permanently on, the room was like a sauna all night, actually made me sick at one point it was so hot (even with window open and fan on full blast), no one came to help despite 3 times being told someone would. The wi-fi dropped in and out constantly which stopped me video calling my sick daughter. I am not happy.」

「Really lovely building and grounds.」

「We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. 」

「I was given a disabled room (I am not disabled). It was OK, a little dark and sterile. Nothing special. Don't think the TV worked. Checking in staff was not friendly. Checking out staff was lovely. The spa and restaurant were both very nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again as a traveller on my own」
