「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「Bad」

「The hotel is a bit dated but it’s good value for money. We stayed in a family room with two en suites.」

「Spacious and comfortable hotel」

「The bus station going to downtown area is just right next to the hotel」

「Great staff. Room was good but the shower kept going from boiling to freezing.」

「With transportation would be better」

「Lovely and very helpful staff!」
