"Lovely clean home, great neighborhood and location. Backyard was a great place to hang, comfortable furniture with pool setting. The house too had comfortable couches with large living room and dining room. The bathroom is listed as 4; it’s not, it’s 2 and 1/2. It’s a 4 bedroom house but the owners have blocked off one bedroom and full bathroom that you do not have access to. And the two bedrooms share a bathroom. Would I stay there again, yes."

"Perfect set-up, my wife & adult children stayed in one house, my friend and his wife and adult children stayed in the other house, while the third house was occupied by singles. The covered outdoor patio with large TV was perfect for watching sports during the day and evenings as parts of the group ventured out to downtoen New Braunfels."

"We rented this place for our family to gather for the eclipse! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing games on the lawn and catching toads after dark! The house manager, Martha made us feel totally welcome and helped us with all of our needs. It rained which made the separate entrances to the bedrooms a bit of a bummer but we survived! All in all it was a perfect place for our family to gather!"

"This is an older home that has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It looks just like the photos. Although the description says most bedrooms have en-suite baths, only the master bedroom had an en-suite bath. The kitchen was not well equipped enough for preparing main meals, so if you like to cook, you are out of luck here. We found the LVLTY on-line house guide and registration process to be confusing. "Bob and Sandy were very gracious, caring, and responsive to our group's every need. Their friendly style complimented perfectly their beautiful ranch. Our 5 grand kids loved it, almost as much as the parents and grandparents. Highly recommend this Tranquil Ranch Getaway!"
