Clean, spacious, great views. The staff was fantastic and very helpful in making boat and hiking arrangements. Food was also quite good. Nice lounge area overlooking the bay.

The room was well appointed, bed comfortabe, meals great at the restaurant. What really stood out was the views from the very private balcony of our room (14) and the great view from the restaurant.

This property is as far North as you can drive in the Sounds and a classic kiwi batch with a wonderful garden and what is amazing location but....5 days in to our stay (2 families) the troubles started.
