「Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. We love staying downtown and this condo is an ideal location for all the great shopping/dining options Asheville has to offer. The condo was very well furnished with an attention to detail. 「A very nice condo in a great location. Our host was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. 」

「Great stay, comfortable beds and sofas for sleep and resting up between exploring the town. Excellent walkable location highly recommend.」

「It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked. 」

「The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! We'd happily stay there again if we return to Asheville.」

「It was a perfect location for our group of 7 adults. Walking distance to downtown Ashville. The living space was comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen came with a few basic cooking pans and utensils..Did not see any kitchen gadgets unless we missed them. 」

「The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. 」
