「Beautiful & simplistic cottage. I absolutely loved the property. I stayed in #4, that had a private fire pit and grill in the backyard adorned with string lights. I highly recommend for a cute little weekend getaway. My only con is that the wifi is kinda spotty so if you have a mobile hotspot bring it. 」

「My wife and I have stayed at this property 6 times over the past 4 years. I is perfectly located. Very clean and the owner really cares about customer satisfaction.」

「The property is conveniently located in a rural neighborhood just outside of town. Very quiet and very beautiful forested property.Close to town including restaurants, grocery stores and only a few miles from Asheville. 」

「Great views and peaceful neighborhood but close to everything 」

「The property was incredibly clean and very nice to come back to after a day of adventuring! It was also very conveniently located near downtown so it took almost no time to get to interesting walkable areas.」

「This place was great. Just what I needed for me and my husband plus our two dogs. Was very clean. The yard was super cute for kids or dogs and the firepit was a bonus. Very nice hosts. It could use slight upgrades in terms of furniture but everything was tidy and functional. It was about 5-10 minutes from downtown area and you could probably walk to some breweries in about a mile! 「The property was clean, easy to follow instructions when leaving, quiet neighborhood. Pet-friendly.One neighbor did yell at me to get away as I walked my dog down the road on her side of the road. I think neighbors don't like the new houses, but I didn't let it spoil our good time. Sotting on the front porch was great!」

「We loved our time here. It was the perfect location for folks not wanting to stay directly downtown. It felt private, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could have wanted. The binder gave us everything we needed to know. Absolutely a gem.」

「Had a wonderful stay at Troy’s beautiful property. The cabin was so clean and easy to find on arrival, and its woodland surroundings made it feel remote even though you are walking distance to town. We would love to stay again, and highly recommend the tiny home to our friends and family!」
