"We visited the city of Burgos last Monday February 16th,2026. We were looking for a 5-star hotel with a great location and we just found more than that!! The NH collection palace was extraordinary. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the heart of Burgos main cathedral, restaurants, and monuments. We are coming back for sure! "

"We turned up late evening to be told they had no record of our reservation.(not hotels fault but hotels.com hadn't forwarded it) Thankfully the hotel had a spare room for us. We had a lovely quiet room, considering it looked out on to the street full of nice bars. Hotel is situated right by the main plaza and a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral. If we were to visit Burgos again we would stay here again."

"It was functional hotel about 1.5 miles past downtown Burgos on Camino Santiago, but there are several bus options that are cheap. There was a small grocery store and a bakery right next to it."

"Lovely hotel within walking distance to the . The room I stayed in was on the 11th floor with a large patio with a magnificent view of the cathedral. You can see the lit up cathedral at night which was so pretty. I highly recommend. "

"I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters.
