Excellent comfortable room in a modern hotel. A good varied buffet dinner was available and good buffet brealfast. Petrol station on the site also, Convenient for next day's onward travel to ferry at Santander.
Very clean, helpfull, English speaking reception, large fridge in room handy when travelling on with food, good stop over on way to ferry, Can fuel up on site ready for next day journey. Nice food available
Hotel was clean. Room spacious. Meals in bar anytime or buffet dinner 8.30pm. Breakfast was basic but ok. Petrol station outside super cheap. Shame about road noise.
Great hotel with superb, comfortable rooms. A very busy and typically spanish bar was also good. The location wasn't ideal for us as we wanted to see a little of Burgos itself and it was a 45 minute walk away. However an ideal pkace if you simply want an overnight stop en route to elsewhere.
Clean comfortable room, but the shower door in our room was fitted backwards making the entry into the shower nearly impossible, god forbid you’d be overweight

The guy that checked us in did not give us any info on where to eat or where breakfast was etc. once he found out we were English he didn’t want to know. The room, however, was fine. Clean and all we needed. Breakfast was a joke. There was virtually nothing to eat and the staff were not interested in filling it up. They helped themselves to whatever was there! We had a bar meal in the evening which was just ok. The guy behind the bar that served us was really helpful and pleasant. Shame about the receptionist and the non existent breakfast!
The hotel was buzzing. Our original impression on going to reception to book in wasnt good. My husband speaks Spanish which is good and understandable but the reception lady took one look and phoned for a replacement. A form was thrust into my hand with no explanation (a new government initiative). The questions asked for name and address then further down asked again for address then asked for things that made no sense in either Spanish nor English. Bad start but things got better. Food in the cafe was good so was tostada in the morning. Though it was very busy the staff had a smile and were helpful.
One complaint was the chairs, in the lounge, cafe, foyer, and bedroom they were all uncomfortable but the bed was fine. We will book again as it is a good stop on our way to Santander for the ferry.
We love this hotel , always stop here on our way to and from the ferry . Clean, modern, bright rooms. Comfy beds nice staff. Free car parking is a bonus
A very neat and tidy hotel with nice bar and food available..Good stop off if on the way to Santander port.
Fridge in room but maybe a kettle would of been nice to make a relaxing coffee.
The room smelled a bit the facilities were not very good we had to wait for 1 hour at 10 pm with children to be served the disabled space was taken by a not disable person/car
Surly receptionist
room too hot.
Had to pay again for included breakfast

The staff at the bar were not very friendly and they only spoke Spanish food wasn’t that great the receptionist didn’t smile all very sad the facilities were ok not very impressive
The room was small but comfortable considering we are a family of four. Being opposite the petrol station and over the bar could have been an issue but with windows shut you couldn’t hear it much… it did go quiet after it shut at midnight though… it was a cheap overnight stop but to be honest we thought Burgos centre was lovely and would pay more to be able to walk out to it next time we visit the area. Special mention for breakfast in the morning / cafe con leche was spectacular…
