「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. 「The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The parking worked out, even though limited. The hotel was on the edge of the part of town near attractions. The staff spoke English and was helpful with all needs including restaurant suggestions (although a bit far), reservations, extra pillows, ice and an ice bucket and washcloths (which is rare). 「Newly renovated Hotel that has 5 stars room though decided to stay on a 3 star rating (with just 14 rooms they don't need a 24/7 front office staff, dedicated landline in every room, etc. etc. which are base requirements for a 4 Stars + rating...).
