Stayed on 5th floor. King room. The door latch caught going in or out and made a terrible racket. All the doors seemed to slam loudly. The bed was extremely hard. The room wouldn’t cool down from 75 degrees. The tub didn’t drain well. It sounded like something was being dropped overhead, a loud thump, ...
