Fab apartment in a great location

We had a great stay in this 3BR apartment walking distance from University of Vermont and the Church St marketplace area. The host was friendly, communicative, and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome Place!

Beutiful space, easy walk to Church Street (uphill walk back, but can't do anything about that). Clean and well-furnished. Would definitely stay there again!

Friends trip to Burlington

The stay was great. Location was convenient to walk into town and the house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Directions to get in and out and parking were clear and easy.

Fantastic Property and Location

We went to Burlington to help my son move into college. We had a great stay - the hosts were very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a very easy walk to Church Street and Champlain's campus. Thanks again!

Excellent location and clean and comfortable accommodation!

Very comfortable and clean and so roomy. Easy walk to anywhere downtown or on the waterfront. Bustling neighborhood but surprisingly quiet once you get inside. Kitchen was well stocked but given the proximity to so many great eateries, we didn’t make a single meal there. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Getaway

A friends’ weekend took advantage of this compact and well-situated place — walking distance from all the downtown and waterfront offerings. Furnishings were thoughtful and spotlessly clean. Our host was the perfect blend of helpful and discrete so we cruised smoothly through our visit. Completely satisfied and highly recommend to others.

Couldn’t be better

We had a wonderful stay at Tricia’s apartment. We are a family of 4, two children over 18 who were visiting for college drop off. The apartment was roomy, quiet, comfortable and walkable to everything. The gated driveway was perfect for a truck full of dorm items! Communication was perfect and we were so comfortable. We walked to Church Street, restaurants and the lake. Safe neighborhood in a great city. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay / Amazing Host

My family of 7 stayed at this very comfortable, perfectly equipped, stocked, and superbly clean apartment over a long weekend. The host was very welcoming and friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed. The very central location of the apartment is in short walking distance to all that Burlington has to offer. There secure, on-site parking for both of our cars. The linen, towels and duvet covers, as well as the sofa covers and throw pillows were spotless and smelled freshly washed. I have not stayed in a cleaner place ever! The renovated bathroom offers a large shower and double sinks, plus a window. The air conditioners in the apartment worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this aptment!

We didn’t even realize when we booked this property what a perfect location it was going to be. Everything was walkable, with college tours, great restaurants, and shopping all within a half mile—and the lake just a little further. Tricia was so responsive and flexible. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of four, with a nice view out the front. We really enjoyed our stay in Burlington and will be back!

The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in -- 11/10 for cleanliness. The beds were decent. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. There were plenty of windows and lots of natural light. Trish was very welcoming. She provided helpful and detailed instructions for everything. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantasy location

This apartment was perfect for us for our few days in Burlington. Easy walk to campus, shopping district, and the waterfront (which has a great rail trail for walking/jogging/biking). The appliances were newer and high quality, and the apartment was very clean. My teenaged son loved having the loft space to himself. The bed in the room I had was a little soft for me, but everyone else slept great.

Super Spot in Burlington

We enjoyed our stay at Tricia's home in Burlington. The apartment was super clean, had up to date fixtures & appliances, and extras like soap, shampoo, coffee, starter food, etc. The beds were comfortable and had soft sheets. Plenty of soft, fluffy towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it much because we kept walking in to town to fun restaurants. The bathroom is not pictured, but it is clean, bright, has a large shower and double sinks. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and is great!!! Tricia and her husband were very kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again in the future.
