We loved our stay here! We had a spacious room, the staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful, hotel is very clean! 7-11 just around the corner, plus laundromat! Staff from Hotel even came with us and explained how to use it! Perfect location with great connections to all sights! Only downside is the breakfast I would say! It does only until 9am and includes basically only toast with butter & jam, orange juice and cup noodles.

Near to Lotte Mall. Many local foods around the area. A convenience store just few steps from front door. Staff were helpful and nice. The room space is very big when comparing other hotels in the area with the same price. Water pressure is great and room is really clean. Highly recommended.

This hotel is hard to fault. For the price, the rooms are fantastic - very clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. The hotel is centrally located in Seomyon, 5 minutes from the metro station, with good access to buses, food places and convenience stores. Whilst the included breakfast lacked a huge selection, consisting of coffee, cup noodles, toast, eggs, fruit and rolls, it was a nice addition. The only slight issue was the lack of a safe in the room - however this wasn't too much of a problem. Would highly recommend.

We located in the downtown as you mentioned that near Busan station, subway. So it is convenient to eat out, go out and sightseeing. And we always try to help our guest and keep our rooms clean. We are sorry for not having a safe in the room. Frontdesk has a safe. So if you want to keep the safe, you can ask the frontdesk to keep it. I hope that your Busan trip will be a good memory. The room was big and spacious. Also the shower area was very wide, a strange thing in South Korea. Every amenity was renewed daily. Excellent stay.

Above-average business hotel with spacious rooms, a big bathroom and modern fittings. Excellent location in Seomyeon. No food outlet (cafeteria is closed) though and staff was surely.

The room is big and with floor heating, absolutely wonderful for winter travel. The hotel is clean and tidy, very close to Lotte Department store, it could be a bit quiet at night though.

Wonderful and excellent stay.
Went to Busan with a family of 7 adults and 3 children and stayed at Browndot Seomyeon. It has an excellent location and the staffs are super friendly to help us by booking jumbo cab to visit attractions and to order food delivery services at night knowing that we have difficulty communicating in Korean with the locals. Overall, room are designed spaciously with a couch and they clean the rooms every morning after our breakfast.

Comfortable and Clean Hotel, Convenient Location
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in was prompt and we were greeted warmly by the team upon entrance. The hotel is strategically located beside Lotte Department Store, walking distance to Seomyeon Food alley, plentiful of cafes and eateries, bus stop and subway station. Unfortunately the breakfast serving time was a little short, which is from 7.30am to 8.50am. We were on vacation mood, hence we found it difficult to wake up early for breakfast. Would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone!

お部屋は広いけど
シャワートイレがリモコン式だったんですが、全く反応せずがっかり。フロントに連絡しても結局そのままでした。シャワートイレが付いてるのでこちらに決めたのでとても失望しました。便器にトイレットペーパーが流せないのも不潔な感じで良い気分ではなかったです。 またクローゼットがなく小さな洋服スタンド１つしかなく、不便でした。ロケーションはロッテホテル、デパート近くで便利です。

The hotel is close to being a good hotel. Still new. Late breakfast times not suitable for many people. Poor privacy in bathroom design for a growing family. Rooms large and clean, Good location for access to transport and meals.

Room very clean and with all basic needs provided. Room space is reasonable large compare to many others, making it very comfortable to stay. Highly recommended.

No window. The hotel claims it’s new built in 2019. But there is a sign in the toilet indicating the used toilet paper should be thrown to the rubbish bin instead of flushing into the toilet. It’s weird and disgusting.

Perfect choice for footloose traveler
Just have what one needs for a surprisingly restful freshing up and comfy sleep. All are neat, clean and tidy. Compared to four other hotels of equivalent room in the same area which I stayed before, this browndot excels in every aspect. Please rest assured that it is not a budget hotel.

Very nice room and clean hotel
Browndot was a very pleasant place to stay. Pros: Building - Clean and well-maintained, including the small garden area at the top of the building. Room - Clean, spacious room. Very pleasantly surprised at the generous size of the bathroom (tub and standing shower were separate). Comfy beds, clean sheets. Location - 1+ blocks away from subway and transportation. Lots of eating options around the area, next to large shopping mall (if that's your thing). Lots of nightlife nearby. Staff - friendly and accommodating. Cons: Room door - No peephole, not sure why. I tend to be a security-conscious person. Breakfast time - Only from 7:30-9:00am. If you were on business, it's ok because you need to wake up early and eat. But if on relaxed vacation, it might not be suitable but you have other breakfast options outside due to location. Overall: If I were to go to Busan again, Browndot will definitely be on the list of places to stay. We had a very pleasant experience and one of the better rooms on our Korean trip.
