This is a really cute hotel. The room was beautiful and had a fantastic bathroom with the biggest tub! Unfortunately, the room was not particularly well maintained and could be cleaned a lot better (especially lots of black dirt on the bathroom ceilings and corners of the floors). Lots of space, comfy beds, very friendly staff. A good cleaning and fix a few broken tiles and this place would be top-notch!

It's just next to Busan Train Station, which is really convenient. As it's in the back alley, it is quiet while still very accessible.

I found the property pretty comfortable and in a good location, not far from Busan Station, a major sea and rail hub. The area is a little noisy from the train yard nearby but it didn't affect my stay at all much, definitely recommended.

Location easy walking to station. Lots of nearby food places. Good view of Busan from roof top. could do with more toiletries (last hotel I stayed at had lotion) and definitely bigger towels.

Negatives : Hardest beds and pillows ever. Black mold all over the ceiling in the entrance. The staff cleans with bleach (mold) so theres a horrid smell when you walk in. Takes all day to go away. They also leave the windows open so you will have bugs in ur room. No towels. Only hand towels. Positives : Good location. They let us check in early. Room size is good for the price. Good for 1- 2 night stays. I would not stay longer.

Lovely large room with comfy bed and a lovely view out the window and from the roof which was notified as a photo spot. Super close to Busan station and bus stop which was fantastic but did mean you could hear the trains if the window was open but it was hot when we visited so the ac drowned out the squeaking of trains breaks. Over all a great property and would happily recommend to others

We had a great stay, the room was really huge. The washroom is very spacious and functional as well.Very close to Busan station and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. Although we booked a non smoking room, the entrance of the room smelled smoke. The microwave area at the main floor was kinda cluttered. Maybe they can clean it. But all in all it was a great stay.

Good essential hotel with a great location

The best about this is the location if u need to use the Busan train station as your main point esp coming / going to Seoul. This is not a 4-5 star hotel so manage expectations. No fancy breakfast or porter service. This is a basic hotel with spacious rooms which have a good tv, table and chair, fridge and kettle. The one I stayed even had a desktop computer which I didn’t use. There is large bath tub too. They are two robes and four hand towels - I asked about this to front desk and he said culturally Koreans do not use large size bath towels. The windows have a double layer so no problems with sound. There are eateries just outside the hotel. Front desk staff speak good English and are most helpful.

We paid for the cheaper room but was upgraded. I picked the cheaper room not because of price, but because I didn’t want those mirrors around the bed. Good gesture though. Bathroom lights turned off on its own, and toilet paper was already low when sleepy arrived. We ran out so we used the tissue. The bath towels were small but it seems like the trend here since the spa I went to also had small towels like it. Great price for what we got though.

This hotel was very close to Busan Station, restaurants and shopping areas. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night though. My family stayed in the Family VIP rooms, where the thin mattresses looked like they were not cleaned before we got here. When brought up to staff, they said "You should have told us when you got here." It was only a few hours after we had checked in! As well, my family saw a ROACH right when we walked in. The shower was nice. No microwave. The door with the lock had one battery missing so we did not feel our belongings were safe at this hotel.

This hotel had a lot of potential but unfortunately the upkeep was not being maintained well. My room had a nice view and the train station in front of the hotel wasn't noisy so that's a plus. The room was big and modern but things were getting run down. The air conditioner was loud and needs to be cleaned. There was a very strong odor of mold in the bathroom and little black mold spots all around the bathtub. Only hand towels were available and some of them had holes in them. The room doors have automatic locks and the one to my room malfunctioned a lot of the time, not locking properly until I manually correcred it so that's something to be aware of for safety and privacy. There is a communal dining/ sitting area near the entrance of the hotel that had a lot of potential to be nice but was not being cleaned and there was a lot of unused counter space not being utilized well. The microwave was covered in caked on food from being used by multiple guests. Over all I liked the view, location, size of room and comfortable bed but also noticed the things above.

The hotel is located very close to Busan station and the local metro station, so walkable and close to public transit. The hotel itself needs a thorough clean. My bed sheets were stained and had hairs on them when I checked in, so the bed sheets were either not changed from the previous guest or this is what was considered to be clean. The sink and tub drains were initially running slow but were clogged 1-day into our stay. Not my best hotel in South Korea so far.
