I enjoyed my time and grand josen. The staff here are all very nice and respectful. The hotel and room is Very clean. Would def stay here again if I ever come back to Busan

This is the best located of the on the beach hotels to access local dining, Mkts, etc. Special shout out to Concierge Ji-Hwan Choi who spent 45 minutes helping me get a ticket on a domestic discount carrier (seemingly impossible on a iPhone). And he remembered me and waived every time he saw me in the lobby. Best service of the trip.

The best hotel we had in Korea. The location is perfect - near the downtown and pick up point for tours. Beautiful spacious hotel with lots of amenities and perfect view by the sea.Staff are very accommodating, courteous and made us feel special.I can’t wait to comeback with my family..

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Everything about this property was excellent. From location on the beach, staff service ,amenities, as well as the room which very nicely decorated. We selected a side ocean view king room which added to our experience. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Highly recommend this property. Train station about half hour by taxi and many restaurants and several activities to do in this area.

The facilities are very good. The front desk staff is good but for a 5 star hotel there is no bell boy to take care of baggage. Of all the 5 star hotels I stayed this hotel is the worst one.

The beach is in the backyard. It is definitely a five star hotel. Food is in five minutes walk. Highly recommend the hotel.

Check in as usual is at 3 pm , we arrived at 10:30 am, they stored our luggage’s and checked us in at 1:30 with no xtra fees, check out extended to 12:30 pm w/o extra fees. Registration staff/ front desk staff speaks English , very accommodating and attentive, valet staff greets you at the door and helps with luggage’s , the hotel has an E-mart / Starbucks at the 4th floor, a money exchange was available too which was a convenience esp it was very cold and raining out side . The view of the beach from our bedroom window was amazing . Will definitely recommend this hotel .

The housekeeping needs to be improved. The cleanliness of the room was below average. The bathroom amenities were poor, also, out of my 5 nights stay, the housekeepers only topped up once.

It was ok. Just ok. I was expecting a 5 star feeling for the very expensive price paid. The room with partial ocean view on the 11th floor was very noisy. From 8am until late at night every day you can hear music blasting from a nearby pool bar. The view of the beach is not so big, instead you can see the people at the pool. If you expect to relax or read a book in the room forget it. I could only mask ot by playing Spotify on full volume at my iPad. I wish I had booked a cheap 3 star hotel instead if I knew it wouldn’t be a 5 star experience.

Overall comfortable stay and clean property. For the price, however, very few "perks" or advantages over a more economical stay aside from the aforementioned cleanliness and proximity to the beach. Lots of children as well, so not particularly well suited for those seeking a quiet stay.

Wow! Period.
We had an amazing time. The room and everything in it so clean, comfy and top notch. The dinner buffet we had, out of this world! Gourmet foods beautifully presented and the combination of unique ingredients that made my taste buds awaken with joy and made my heart fluttered. Just wow!

Hotel is in decent area of the city with direct access to the beach. Friendly welcome and understandable English spoken. The elevator/lift situation is pretty bad and you’ll have to wait some time at the busier times. Not nearly enough chairs/loungers around the pool yet the chargeable cabanas lay empty while you have to perch on a windowsill. Bath towels poor quality and soaps nearly empty (should be full for each guest). Service in bar slow/sloppy. Ordered expensive bottle of wine only to have to pour it ourselves. Cafe Josan won’t open a minute before 08:00; be warned if you’re waiting for your coffee! Very tasty pastries.
