Nice location. Overall is good, but one light in washbasin area doesn’t work, and toilet is a bit leaking. It will be great if they can check room facilities before accepting next customers.

Hotel was okay to stay in but several odd design decisions of the rooms made the stay worse than it should have been. 1. Unable to turn off the bathroom light and fan, turns off automatically after 10(?) minutes. Was afraid to wake up the family when using it. 2. The sink faucet is oddly close to the wall and too far from the sink so you always get some water dripping on the counter and eventually on the floor. 3. Doors slam hard so you'll loudly hear everyone get in their rooms in the evening. All these can be improved if the hotel has the will to do it.

Verty good hotel in an excellent location

The main reason to book was the hotel's proximity to Seomyeon metro station but it turned out that there are many other advantages. For starters, the area is a shopping hub: underground shopping malls, Lotte, NC, and Samjung tower shopping centres, not to mention the close by streets where tons of shops and eateries are enough to keep one busy. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and professional even though a couple of times we did experience a bit of a challange to communicate due to language barriers but the staff would eventually understand our requests or questions and provide the needed help. We'll certainly come back again when we come to Busan

Extremely spacious. Huge room with work space and very nice bathroom. Very good value. The location wasn't really near anything of note, though it was about 5-7 minute walk to the subway so not bad. Also, the staff was very friendly but most really couldn't speak English even a little bit. So, if that is necessary, then it's not a good location. But they were super helpful as much as they could be. One of the staff called us a cab and insisted that he take us to the airport even though he was reluctant (due to our luggage).

整潔還不錯，價錢很便宜，但門鎖似乎壞了，窗戶不是用窗簾是用百葉窗，淋浴門跟廁所分開不太方便，淋浴牆還有電箱，浴室燈都是感應的，一分鐘不動就會暗，上述不介意的人記得帶拖鞋或去大創買一雙，拖鞋是重複使用布材質。

The hotel was affordable, and the staff was very nice and spoke enough English that I was able to check in/out easily. However, the facility was not as glamourous as expected, the sheets and towels were worn and had holes, and the shower head was older, so the water stream was not the best. But overall, it did exactly what we needed and was close to shopping and the metro!
