"Extremely large room with nice bathroom and air conditioning. Very clean and quiet. Stuff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Helped us find a cab to the venue and overall very outgoing and welcoming. Continental breakfast was a very good variety. All fresh and tasty. Very good coffee. Plenty of parking. Definitely would recommend and stay there again"

"We absolutely loved our stay at maiden water resort. The staff went above and beyond to assure we have everything we need. If you want to get away from the business of the city this is a perfect resort. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. We know we will be back !"

"Location is amazing. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The room we stayed in needed some updates. The elevator wasn’t working which usually isn’t a problem for us but carrying 70lbs luggage 4 floors up was not ideal."

"It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year."
