Perfect location and comfy

Can't beat the location of this house - perfect to watch the weather roll by on a winter day and dash out for a walk between showers. The house provided basic comforts, beds a little firm.

Great location

Fabulous house in great spot across the road from lovely beach. The house is spotless, very comfortable and has everything needed to relax for a week. Wonderful for walking along beach front paths or on the beach, great winter holiday location. Evenings sitting on the front verandah with a glass of red, was divine. My little dogs loved it, great grassed backyard too. I will definitely be coming back.

Location, Location, Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Bowerbird View, the location was everything we could have asked for, right across from the beach, which is a dog beach in both directions so our water loving Labrador had a ball. The garden is very big and enclosed perfect for dogs and back yard cricket. The house is a little old but very clean and has all the amenities you would expect. Water pressure in the shower is a little low. The agents are a dream to deal with and we have used them twice now with great success.

Beautiful house and perfect location

I stayed for a long weekend with some of my friends and had a perfect stay. The house was clean and tidy. The location was perfect and the view from the loungeroom was stunning. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect christmas beach getaway

What a beautiful property to have the pleasure of staying in! The whole process of booking, check-in and communication with the property manager was easy and streamlined. The property was comfortable, bright and suited our family dynamic perfectly! The kids retreat was great, allowing them space to hang out and game while the adults pottered around in the main, well equipped living area! The beach right across the road was easy to access and the close walking paths made for a great way to exercise our dogs. The yard was huge with plenty of grass for dogs to play and the home had everything we needed for a fabulous Christmas break! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful quiet stay close enough to walk to restaurants

We have a lovely stay and will be back. We saw dolphins right out the front one morning. The beds were comfy and a wonderful location.

Stunning property on arrival, very clean and homely. Plenty of room and games for family time. The view from the pounce was breathtaking. Lovely vibes and bottle of red as a gift, couldn’t have been happier. :)

Perfection!

The location of this place was just idyllic. Every room on the front of the house had views of the ocean and beach, which was literally across the road. LOVED walking along the coast - from the get go it felt like a place that you could breathe and unwind. Iconic Busselton jetty just a 3km walk. The home wasn’t modern but had everything needed. Well equipped kitchen, very clean home with all white linen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend!! We would go back in a heartbeat.

The location is perfect, beautiful beach right opposite and an easy drive or bike ride to Busselton town centre. House is old but very clean and charming. Will definitely come back.

Older style beachfront house

We enjoyed our stay in this homely clean beach house opposite long white sand beach about 4 kms west of Busselton. Plenty of pots and pans and crockery though kitchen is old style and rather worn. No dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Large fenced back garden. Only one toilet but is separate from bathroom. Longish walk to local shops and no cafe nearby but beachfront location is a standout!

Beach side bliss

A lovely, simple home opposite stunning and very quiet beach. We were the only ones there many times during our stay. Management were really helpful when the lock box did not open outside of office hours and were very quick to sort it out. Beautiful back yard for the dogs, it stayed beautiful and cool and had plenty of shade and shelter.
