All the above. Never again going through Stayz after 20 years of always booking through Stayz. Sadly, the experience at Bignell Family Home stay 26, Bignell Dr, Busselton was horrendous. I can email the photos in the property if you send me your email address. Thank you
Room window was broken that was unsafe for kids as well as safety at night
Side garden door could not be locked that made the stay unsafe
Bathroom shower handle turns 360 degrees and was difficult to use.
Only kettle base was present in the home without the kettle although we checked all cabinets We were unable to have any hot drinks at all.
