It features a private, wide veranda that overlooks a vista of trees and a bush forest that stretches to the horizon.\n\nThe property is well-appointed and has a Down-South cottage feel with beautiful wooden flooring throughout. It has a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to self-cater, two bedrooms featuring a king-size bed and two king-size beds, a comfortable lounge\/dining area, a bathroom, and laundry.



The Space:

Guests have the huge additional benefit of being able to use the swimming pool facilities, playground and tennis court of the neighbouring complex, completing everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable break Down-South. Please note that these amenities are shared.



The cottage sleeps four (4) and is one of two cottages under the one roof, which are private and sound-proofed from each other.



The Neighborhood:

This secluded spot is located off Caves Road, between Yallingup and Dunsborough, which are both 5-10 minutes drive away. The area is the perfect base to explore and enjoy regional attractions including, wineries, breweries, restaurants, beaches, surf breaks, bush walks, arts and crafts, caves and family activities. There are bushwalks on your doorstep, including a path that leads you to Caves House, about a 30-45 minute walk.
