This charming unit is without exaggeration one of the closest rent-able homes to the centre of Dunsborough.

FACILITIES INCLUDE:

- Open plan kitchen / dining / lounge with reverse cycle air conditioning.

- 3 Bedrooms - 1 x Queen Size Bed, 2 x Double Beds with Single Overhead Bunk Beds.

- 1 Bathroom - Recently Refurbished - Wheelchair Access with walk in shower.

- Additional, separate Toilet.

- Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, table & chairs.

- Outdoor Shower.

- Maximum Parking Two Vehicles - Single carport with additional bay.

- Pillows, Blankets & Quilt Covers.

- Kitchen, dining and lounge area.

- Microwave and pantry

- Dining Suite with seating for 8.

- Cutlery and Crockery.

- Flatscreen TV and DVD Player.

- Second toilet, separate from the bathroom Toilet.

- Lovingly maintained front and back garden.

- Bed Sheets, Pillow Slips, Bath Towels, Bath Mats & Tea Towels.

Contact Geoff to discuss bringing pets with you. If Geoff has approved of you bringing a pet, please ensure they have sufficient bedding of their own and are not left unattended. (Please No Pets on the Furniture or Beds)

As a result of COVID, the owners have introduced an even more regular cleaning and disinfecting regiment.

We regret that we are not available to students for leavers.

Well located for easy, walking, access to shops, cafes, quality restaurants, beach, parks. We only used our vehicle once after arriving in the week we spent there. Very quiet complex backing onto bushland, friendly possums.Certainly recommended.

Fantastic central location. We (family of 4 with our dog) had a lovely long weekend. This is a great villa within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. We wanted a holiday that didn’t require using a car and this place made everything convenient. Very neat and clean with a nice outdoor area. Definitely recommend a stay here!

So close to town and you can walk to shops, cafes and the beach. We only used our car 2 times. Once to go to Eagle Gay brewery, which is worth a visit, and to the bottle shop to get some local wine. Our grandkids came to visit and did not want to go home. So much to do within walking distance. Definitely recommended. The host is fantastic.

This is our second Christmas staying at Geoff’s house and it does not disappoint. It is a very tidy comfortable house with everything you need walking distance to town so you don’t have to deal with the crazy parking at coles and can pick up your bread and bakery treats daily. It is also a short walk and even shorter drive to the the beach. We loved the daily visits from the ring tail possums can’t wait for next Christmas
