The kitchen features all the amenities you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pod machine. You can enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the verandah, while being sunkissed by the evening sunset.



Each of the three bedrooms in Solkis is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two bunk beds and a pull-out/trundle bed, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the town or lounging on the nearby beach.



Solkis offers private access to the entire house, including all of the amenities you'll need for your stay. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a fun-filled vacation with friends, Solkis has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.



Entertainment-wise, we have you covered with a selection of books and games for your leisure, as well as a TV and Netflix for your viewing pleasure. For your comfort, the house has air conditioning and central heating, ensuring you stay comfortable no matter the season.



Outside, you can enjoy the spacious backyard and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing evening with friends and family. You can also take advantage of the nearby walking and biking trails that lead to the nearby beach, where you can soak in the sun and the sea.

You will have private access to the entire house, ensuring you have complete privacy and independence during your stay. There’s a whole other kitchen and living room too.

Our home is located on a safe and quiet street just a short walk or ride to the beach. The location is convenient, being walking distance to town, and just a stone's throw away from the golf course. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs, or simply relax and unwind in the comfort of our beautifully designed home.

Note: Due to fire restrictions imposed by the council, the use of the fire pit and hot tubs is not allowed until May 15
