「We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. Although we specifically requested and pay for 2 twin beds, the room offered had a matrimonial bed. (Room was shared by 2 adult males ). The hotel...
