This newly built, detached home from 2023 accommodates up to 4 people and features a spacious layout, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stylish furnishings. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Families are especially welcome here. We provide numerous practical amenities for our youngest guests, including a crib, high chair, potty, and child-safe outlets. This allows parents to travel more relaxed and enjoy their vacation right from the start.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers the perfect setting for shared meals. The open-concept living and dining area is ideal for cozy family evenings, game nights, or simply spending time together.

A modern heat pump, underfloor heating throughout the house, and a controlled ventilation system ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Electric exterior blinds offer additional comfort and privacy.

A special highlight is the private wellness area, which is exclusively at your disposal at all times. The spacious hot tub, the infrared sauna, and the high-quality massage chair with gravity function invite you to relax after an active day of vacation. This way, you can enjoy wellness in complete privacy—regardless of opening hours and without other guests.

Guests with electric vehicles are also well taken care of: a dedicated wallbox is located right at the house.
