“We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. ”

“Host and location were great. The apartment was very cute. However, the apartment sits above a smoke and vape shop, so the entire apartment smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Also, the spiral stairs and main stairwell are very steep. Would recommend mentioning the smoke and steep stairs so that potential customers are able to make informed decisions based on their health and physical abilities. ”

“Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale.

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“While the host was very quick to reply to my messages, and provide detailed information, the apartment was not as clean as we expected. It seemed as if no one had stayed there for awhile. Also, the comforters didn't looked clean. While this was only a 2 night stay for college visits, we expected more from the pictures and reviews, which emphasized how clean it is. And since there is a no shoe policy, one would expect more.”
