「Parking was good staff was very good the beds in our room however were completely uncomfortable and breaking down. She could not have been more annoyed to be doing her job. She was cursing under her breath about another guest while checking us in. 「This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again.
