"Overall, we had a great stay. It's well stocked and very cozy. Wish the primary bedroom had nightstands and lamps, and the living room had a better couch and seating but it was a nice place and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Had an issue with the living room TV being too old to stream without hooking it up to a laptop which was inconvenient, although the manager did try to fix it to no avail. There are a lot of stairs up to the front door, and the street is crowded with cars, but had a parking space so...

"Some colleagues and I stayed here for a small conference being held at CMU. It was convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. At first, we found the exterior of the building a bit off-putting, but the inside was clean and well appointed -- not luxury, but comfortable. "The ease of checking in and checking out is exactly what we needed this weekend for a basketball tournament with unpredictable game times. The house had all the stuff we needed for my three kids and I. Plenty of towels/washclothes, kitchen accessories and even tea. I really appreciated the comfy beds and blankets. "Me and my sister were in town to visit our Dad and see some sights and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to the interstate for easy access to wherever you want to go. It’s close to a bunch of tourist locations on the North Shore. It’s clean, functional, and was the perfect place to complete a great visit to Pittsburgh!"

"Six guys attended a bb tourney in downtown Pittsburgh. We could both walk and drive to our games. Lots of very nice common room and privacy for sleeping. Host Ellie was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for a family or large group or gathering."

"Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...
