“This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! “The property is extremely pet friendly! The house was clean and had everything you could want to have a relaxing experience. Very close to downtown. Lovely backyard. You won't regret staying there.”

“I loved the place...close to downtown happenings which I loved. Comfy bed and host let us come in a little early. The small supply of towels and toilet paper made me not give this an overall five because I felt like we were rationed.There was a power outage during our stay we had flashlights but that would be nice to have for these kind of situations.”
